Teagasc Deerpark, Ballinasloe - Proposed Extension to Existing Office Building at Teagasc, Deerpark, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.

The work comprises of the construction of a single storey extension for office use to the rear of an existing agricultural advisory building. There will be minor internal modifications to include a disabled toilet and for the provision of a disabled parking space externally. Works also include the enlargement of the existing carpark at the rear of the building and for all other ancillary works, site works and services. Gross floor space of proposed works 61.3sqm, as described on the engineer's drawings and outline specification.as per the letter of invitation to Tender and detailed in Volume A.
