Re: Refurbishment Works to Churchtown South Community Hall; Works includ re-roofing hall, replacing floors, new electric & heating systems, new Fire alarm and detection system, repairs to walls, replacing windows and doors, replacing wall and ceiling finishes, adding wall floor and ceiling insulation and associated site works
Dear Sirs,
You are invited to tender for the above development in accordance with the attached drawings and documents. You may wish to visit the site to satisfy yourself as to the nature, extent and scope of the works involved. Please contact our office to arrange a site visit if required.
Tenders are required to include for all normally associated items in their price. You are asked to note that all construction should be in accordance with The Department of the Environment’s “Acceptable Construction Details” which may be found at (http://www.environ.ie/en/TGD).
You are asked to complete and return the Form of Tender & Pricing Document. Tenders that are not accompanied by a completed Pricing Document may be deemed invalid and not considered.
Tenders are to be returned via the e-tenders website, to be received no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 24th July 2020. The closing date for queries is Friday 10th July, with final clarifications being issued no later than Thursday 16th July.
