Construction of Seafront Plaza Scheme on Strand Road, Bray - WCC122020

Construction of public plaza on Strand Road comprising: - Widening of existing footpaths and re-paving with natural stone paving; - Works to Strand Road/Albert Avenue junction; - Provision of new pedestrian crossing locations; - Re-configuration of existing carriageway (R766 Strand Road) to provide a raised, narrowed carriageway through the plaza; - Removal of existing car parking spaces from Bray Seafront Plaza and construction of lay-by; - New bespoke public lighting columns throughout Bray Seafront Plaza; - New surface water drainage; - Relocation of existing E-Car charging point; - Landscaping, including tree planters and benches; - Road markings and traffic signs.
