Clúid Housing is pleased to invite you to tender for this opporunity.
Please find attached Instruction to Negotiate (ITN) document. The Volumes referred to in the Appendices of this document will be uploaded separately in early course.
It is anticipated that site visits (for each development site) and also for a recently completed Clúid Housing development will be held the week commencing 11th January 2021.
If you have any queries in relation to this competition, please issue them via the eTenders messaging portal. The queries will be anonymised and issued to all parties who have qualified to tender for this competition.
