Food Drink Ireland Skillnet are seeking a trainng provider to deliver training to Key Account Managers and Sales people in the Food and Drink sector in light of the changes that have been created by COVID-19. The primary objective of the training requirement is to upskill Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and Filed Sales Executives from across the Food and Drink sector to ensure they are best placed to address the changed needs of their customers as a result of COVID-19. Trainees will be experienced sales professionals from the sector, and will be currently be servicing either the FMCG, Hospitality or Foodservice channels. The proposal should include a number of programmes to ensure content is relevant to all customer channels and topics addressed may include areas such as: - Shopper insights - Customer insights - Account planning post COVID lockdown - Category planning - Engagement with the customer - Negotiating and Joint business plans Programme must be delivered online, however, an understanding of how learners learn in an online environment must be demonstrated in the proposal.
