Project Description

A Chara,

The works proposed for this project consist of the following;

  • Pump the void to the existing cavity wall with bead insulation
  • Dryline the high level internal ring beam
  • Mechanical Installation - Install 4no cascading gas boilers (2 per school) and the removal of the existing oil boilers
  • Electrical Installation - Replace light fittimngs with LED, replace external light fittings, emergency lighting and rewiring, control upgrades
  • Install PV Solar Panels to existing Boiler House Roof.
