Flat Roof upgrade
Insulation upgrade to ceilings over Classrooms 301 to 307 and roof light shaft walls throughout the school.
Provide and install PV Solar Panals
Upgrade External LED Lighting
Upgrade the BMS controller with weaher compensation compatability
Introduction of weather compenstation to gas boilers
Localised time clocks to water heaters.
