DKIT - STEM Building - Glazing and Curtain walling

The Reserved Specialist scope will include the specialist glazing and curtain walling elements of the new STEM Building. The scope will include the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of aluminium framed double glazed window and curtain walling elements; the scope will also include external doors within the glazing/curtain walling elements. The installation of brise soleil elements to the curtain walling elements will also be required for solar shading. The scope will also include development of base design information provided by the design team by the specialist and the submission of such developed design to the design team for approval prior to commencement of fabrication. Provision of samples for design team approval is also necessary.
