Re:  7515 Fuel Tank Upgrades

Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the Fuel Tank Upgrades for SET, I want to advise that you are shortlisted to participate in the Initiation to Tender stage of the tender process. The ITT tender pack is attached in a zip folder in the documents section of e-tenders.

Candidates will only be scored against the advised award criteria in the Conditions of Tendering following the closing date (1200, noon on Friday 31^st of July 2020) for the receipt of tenders.

Please note in the Goods contract the following do not apply:

·       Schedule A – a legal opinion; A6 (10) and advanced payment bond; A14 are not required for this contact

·       Schedule B – contract extension

·       Schedule E – form of advance payment bond

All tender queries must also be submitted via the e-tenders portal before 1200, noon on Thursday 23^rd of July 2020.

When uploading your submission, please upload all documents to e-tenders in one zip file.  I look forward to receiving your tender submissions.
