Project Management (Lead) and Design Services for the Fit-Out of the LGMA’s Office at Phoenix House

Dear Tenderers,

LGMA requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to provide project management and design services for the preliminary design, tender, construction and handover phases of the fit of the LGMA's office on 27 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8.  The successful tenderer will ensure that their personnel have all the necessary expertise and experience to ensure the project comes in on time and budget and also meets LGMA’s goals for the project. The project manager is required to act as team lead throughout the project. 

If for any reason it is not possible to conclude the contract with the tenderer invited, or if having concluded the contract the Contracting Authority decides to terminate the appointment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to admit the next highest scoring tenderer(s) on the basis of the same terms and as tendered by that party(ies), at any time during the tender validity period. This shall be without prejudice to the right of the contracting authority to cancel this competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion.

In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to review the suitability of the successful tenderer prior to the conclusion of the contract to ensure that there has been no material change to the standing of that tenderer.

The award of contract is subject to available funding.

The closing date of the tender will be 25th June 2020 at 12noon (Irish Time).
