South Dublin County Council wish to engage the services of a consultant skilled in process management services who can develop the business plan for the coffee shops, identify and make recommendations on suitable operators, advise in the successful procurement of same and lead on related negotiation of terms and conditions . Initial services for coffee shops for 3 parks in South Dublin County with an option to proceed with similar services for additional projects elsewhere in the county.
