To Whom It May Concern, you have been invited to tender for the supply of Multi-disciplinary consultancy services for either lot 1 or lot 2 or both lots. You will have been previously advised which lots you may tender for.
Do not tender for a lot that you have not been qualified for as your tender will not be evaluated.
Further to the award criteria as set out in schedule 6 of the conditions of tendering attached please note the additional guidance to this specific tender to establish the framework for each lot
7483 – Lot 1 – Station Accessibility and Infrastructure Upgrade Consultancy Services
Quality Criterion 'A' – Proposed Team
For Framework award purposes only, tenderers shall identify the proposed team for the Initial Contract as described in Volume C Scope of Works and shall also outline the overall resources available for future call off contracts. The Tenderer shall provide a team organogram clearly showing technical and contractual relationships between team members for both the specific team and the overall resources.
Quality Criteria 'B': Proposed Methodology
For Framework award purposes only, tenderers shall provide their view of the critical issues to be addressed in the delivery of the Initial Contract as described in Volume C Scope of Works.
Quality Criteria 'C': Project Programme
For Framework award purposes only, tenderers must provide their proposed project delivery programme for the Initial Contract as described in Volume C Scope of Works.
7483 – Lot 2 - Car Park Development Consultancy services
Quality Criterion 'A' – Proposed Team
For Framework award purposes only, tenderers shall identify the proposed team for the typical car park project as outlined in Appendix A of Volume C Scope of Works (Hazelhatch and Celbridge car park) and shall also outline the overall resources available for future car park projects. The Tenderer shall provide a team organogram clearly showing technical and contractual relationships between team members for both the specific team and the overall resources
