Construction of a new YOUTH TRAINING CENTRE AREA

 

Clonmel Town FC invites tenders from suitably experienced and competent contractors for the Construction of a new YOUTH TRAINING CENTRE AREA at Clonmel Town Football Club, Cashel Road, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

The works comprise Construction of a new YOUTH TRAINING CENTRE AREA, Associated site development works including footpath, drainage and works to site boundaries 

Tenders are to be returned to: Kenneth Hennessy Architects Ltd, Anglesea House, Anglesea Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, to be received not later than 15:00 on Friday 17th April 2020.

All tenders should be marked "private and confidential tender documents" and include the reference title of the tender i.e. " Construction of a new YOUTH TRAINING CENTRE AREA for CLONMEL TOWN FC"

Contractors are asked to visit the site to satisfy themselves as to the nature, extent and scope of the works. The site is open to the public during office opening hours.
