EMS054F - Request for Information - Managed Car Parking Services
()Within the next twelve months, the Office of Government Procurement may wish to establish a 2nd generation National Framework for the Provision of Managed Car Parking Services (MCPS) for suitably qualified service providers with appropriate expertise in this field.
()The Framework, if established, will be available for the use of all Public Sector Bodies within the State.
Please note this RFI is separate to that issued on 7th August 2019. The purpose of this RFI is to gather additional and more specific market place information to supplement and build upon the success of and lessons learned from the 1st generation Managed Car Parking (MCPS) Framework and to consider alternative approaches to external service delivery in the possible development of a 2nd generation Framework.
If established, it is envisaged that services will be delivered by Framework members who are external market operators and that such services will be procured in accordance with national and EU public procurement rules.
The Office of Government Procurement may run a competitive procurement process to establish a framework (file:///C:/Users/keenanpa/Desktop/EMS054F%20-%20RFI%20MCPS%2018.03.20.docx#_ftn1) of suppliers to deliver Managed Car Parking Services.
As part of this process, the Office of Government Procurement wishes to take market soundings from service providers and identify market capabilities.
