Ongoing Maintenance and Repairs to the Housing Agency Head Office Building. The Contracting Authority require a suitably qualified contractor to deliver ongoing maintenance and repairs to their office buildings at 52, 53 and 54 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2. The services will include Ongoing Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and urgent Repairs. The buildings are three four storeys over basement comprising the Main Offices of the Housing Agency. The Maximum time allowed to respond to urgent callouts is 3 hours. Please specify your response time in minutes. The services will include but may not be limited to: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, Painting, Plastering. Services will also include requirements to be on site for 1 hour each day to facilitate the transport and movement of items such as Photocopier paper, Groceries, Refuse, and other sundries.
