Employers Representative to include services of an Assigned Certifier for Design & Build Project with accelerated delivery of a Proposed Social Housing Development comprising of 22 units, including two storey housing and apartment units, on a site located at New Nangor Road, bounded by Riversdale Estate & Mayfield Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. An option for an additional 21 units forms part of the main works contract. An extension of services is provided for as set out in this tender.
