RE: AHB0320004 - Provision of Refurbishment Works to Residential Properties (Tranche 4)
Circle is seeking a supplier for the provision of refurbishment works to six residential properties located in Co. Wexford, Co. Waterford and Co. Cork. The refurbishment work is intended to bring each property up to an acceptable lettable standard that, as a minimum, achieves the standard set by the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations, 2019 S.I. No 137 of 2019.
Due to the nature of the works, we require a contractor that can mobilise and deliver the programme quickly and effectively whilst also providing exceptional value for money. Circle has been a leading provider of social housing in Ireland since 2006 and now manages and/ or owns approx.1,700 homes in Dublin and surrounding counties. Currently employing 30+ staff, we have an ambitious growth programme in response to the need for more housing for those who cannot afford to provide their own.

Each property has been surveyed by Circle, the details of the works required are set in a Schedule of Works for each property in a bid to try and keep the pricing as straight forward as possible. The Schedule of Works are to be used in conjunction with Circle Housing’s Material & Workmanship Performance Specifications for Main Component Replacement in Residential Properties.
Further information has also been provided in the form of Building Condition Surveys, which have been undertaken by a third party, and photographs of each property.

- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Internal decorating
- Heating renewals
- Glazing replacements
- Joinery and carpentry repairs
- Gas servicing
- Legionella testing
- Electrical inspection and testing
- Rubbish removal
- Internal repairs
- External repairs
