An exploration of recreation and amenity potential of the Maigue rivers

The aim of this project is to conduct a river recreation and amenity survey that will document river focussed facilities and services, address information gaps, and prescribe a range of potential developments that are likely to be effective. The survey will, • Collate focussed baseline information on the structure and composition of recreation and amenity provision in the Maigue catchment, and • Identify potential for developing recreational and leisure activities on and around the rivers in the Maigue catchment.
