The Contracting Authority is seeking proposals to provide research support with an Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Country Policy Review on the Development and Monitoring of the Quality of Early Learning and Care (ELC) in Ireland. The successful Tenderer will be awarded a contract to provide research support to the Department of the Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA) project, including desk research, secondary data collection and analysis, and drafting of a Country Background Report
