Works proposed are as follows : A single storey extension consisting of 20 bedrooms, staff facilities, day rooms, treatment rooms, office utility areas, storage and visitor accommodation, and a single storey extension to the existing communal area, totalling 1,690 sq.m. A water storage tank and all associated site works.
