Re: Invitation to Tender for the Academic Hub Library Complex Works Contract - Reserved Specialsits (Mechanical, Electrical, Glazing & Curtain Walling, Stone Facades)
Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the Academic Hub Library Complex you are invited to submit a Tender for the above contract complying with the enclosed documents:

An online Information Day, between 10am and 11am on the 10th February 2021 will be held to run through the tender documents. Further details regarding the Information Day will be forwarded to you later this week outlining the structure of the client and design team presentation.
Site Visits can be arranged via GDA procurement but will need to take into consideration the prevailing public health restrictions, further details will be included in the Information Day Presentation.
Tenders shall be returned via eTenders no later than 14h00 on the 19 March 2021
