Dear Sir / Madam,

Rathcormac Munitir Council are continuing with the development of a new Community Facility to include playing pithces, playground, running track and waking path. This tender process for the Phase 2 works which includes New walking paths, surfacing of existing access road & carpark and public light works and associated ducting. Note that the project is subject to grant approval.

Site visits: Refer to Site Location Map. The site is generally open to view from the public boundaries but contact me to arrange access.

The closing date: Monday 24th February @ 4pm. Tenders to be sent to Karl Slyne Quantity Surveyors Ltd, The Mall, Maryborough Woods, Douglas, Cork in accordance with the instructions to tenders.
