Detailed description:

The project involves the conversion of an existing GP hall in to an ASD Unit. The works requirements also includes external site works to the ASD Unit and remedial works to the existing entrance/carpark, all in accordance with the Works Requirements. The total area of refurb building is 365 sq.m.
