· Graduate Training Programme - The programme will target graduates (or junior executives) who have recently started working for companies across the Food and Drink production/processing sector. Their academic backgrounds may vary (Science, Engineering, Production, Sale, Marketing, Finance) and they will work in various functions within the businesses, however, the programme will need to ensure their transition from academia to business is smooth and they are business ready as soon as possible. - The programme should be of a sufficient duration to allow effective learning and development across key areas for the target audience such as leadership, personal management, finances, project management and communication. - Qualification / Certification / Assessments § Certification is mandatory to ensure that learners who meet the key learning objectives of the programme are rewarded. - Assessment for certification should ideally use a combination of continuous assessment, exams and project work.
