Schools Energy Upgrade Pilot Programme - Design and Build

The Contracting Authority for this project invites you to tender for the Design, Build and delivery (D&B Contractors) of two school projects (2 LOTs) for the National Energy Efficiency Upgrade Pilot Programme for Schools 2020. The key deliverable for these projects is to achieve a target BER as per the tender documents. There are 2 projects ( 2 lots) and each project represents a single tender competition. Interested Contractors may tender for one or both lots. Refer to the Tender Documents for further details. The contract for Pobalscoil Neasain was awarded to Terence Ponsonby Ltd on 02.06.2020. The contract for Marino College was awarded to Centrica Business Solutions on 09.06.2020.
