Detailed description:

HSE Construction of a single storey 400m2 extension to provide accommodation for 5 bedrooms with ensuite facilities, staff support rooms new sitting area and associated site works. The proposal will initially require the relocation of existing below ground and above ground services including oil, gas and water tanks to a new boiler house and compound to the north of the site.
