RE: Provision of Tuscan Luminaires. Tender Reference 7377

 

 

To whom it may concern,

 

Irish Rail has a requirement for the supply and delivery of the following Tuscan Luminaires

 

·         Design Plan Tuscan 88-D880/5/6250WW/BE X 140 pieces

·         Design Plan Emergency Tuscan 88-D880/5/6250WW/BE/EM3 X 75 pieces

 

Irish Rail are not seeking alternatives on this occasion. These are replacement parts for already installed lights. To change out would cause dis-proportionate technical difficulties.

 

This contract will be for a duration of 3 years with an option to extend. The quantities quoted above are our known quantities, however if a requirement is two arise over the duration of this contract, then Irish Rail reserves the right to rely on this tender competition for any future awards.

 

The procurement process for the award of this Contract consists of 2 distinct stages: a pre-qualification stage and a tender stage (or award stage).  The pre-qualification process, conditions and selection criteria detailed in this document. All Applicants will be treated equally and have an opportunity to pre-qualify. On this occasion, it is required that interested parties return both their PQQ application and tender response on November 29th 2019. PQQ submissions will be evaluated in the first instance. For those who are successful in their PQQ application, their tender submissions will then be evaluated. For those who are unsuccessful in their PQQ application, their tender submissions will not be evaluated.

Closing date for receipt of PQQ and Tender submissions is: 1200 Hrs. on 29.11.2019.

Closing Date for receipt of Queries is: 12.00 Hrs. on 26.11.2019

 

Please note that all queries and correspondence must be submitted through the e-tenders platform. Please ensure that you allow enough time to upload your tender submission, once the closing time comes I will not be able to change the system to facilitate any late response.

 

Please ensure that your pricing submission is separate to your qualitative submission and that no pricing information is contained in your qualitative response.
