Call for Competition – 7387 - Real Estate Advisory and Marketing Services
This is a call to competition by IE on behalf of CIE for the procurement of Real Estate Advisory and Marketing Services.
CIE is considering bringing a prime development opportunity to market, which have the potential to provide over 150,000sqm of commercial and residential floor area.
CIE will require that development of the lands be used to foster Transport Orientated Development (TOD).
