Cootehill Technology Park - Proposed development of Technology Park at Station Road (Drumnaveil North), Cootehill H16 D260, Co. Cavan (1)

Cavan County Enterprise Fund are seeking to appoint an Architect led design team (to include architect, civil/structural engineer, building services/M & E Consultant and quantity surveyor) to prepare plans for a Technology park to be developed at the above address. The project will address the entire site surrounding the existing Cootehill Enterprise & Technology Centre (see map of site attached), and include the following: Detailed surveying of the site to establish existing conditions and services thereon, including identification of any issues which might impact on, or influence, the type or extent of development possible; Consultation with all relevant departments of Cavan County Council (roads, planning, environmental etc.), including /in due course pre planning consultation. This will include proposal to address the existing drain traversing the site; Consultation with any other relevant statutory bodies having an interest in, or influence over, the future development of the lands; Establishment of ground conditions throughout the property, to incorporate a full site investigation survey and a range of trial pits at appropriate locations; Preparation of an overall development plan for the lands, to include all services i.e. roads, water mains, sewer(s), electricity, natural gas and telecoms infrastructure; Design and development of detailed plans, elevations and specifications for a second high quality office building of c.8,000 sq. ft. (this area is indicative only and may be subject to change); Procurement of full planning permission for the development; Preparation of complete sets of tender ready documents.
