RE: Construction of a Single Storey Post Primary Temporary Accomodation at Celbridge Community School. (3 YEAR RENTAL)

 

Dear Sir/Madam

 

On behalf of our Client, the Board of Management of Celbridge Community School, you are requested to Tennder for the above project.

 

Please note the following:

 

1. The site may be inspected by arrangement with Mr. Gerard O Leary 087 7375458 (School Principal)

2. Any queries during the Quotation Period should be raised with Ms. Paula Price or Mr. Francis Carroll of MCOH Architectss (057 8622566)

3. The client reserves the right to accept any Tender from those submitted or to refuse all.

4. Sealed Quotations are to be clearly marked 'Tender for Celbridge CS- RENTAL option'  and are to be returned to MCOH Architects, Old Church, Church St, Portlaoise, Co. Laois on or before Friday 8th November 2019 at 12.00 noon

5. This project is not due to go to site until January 2020 with a 36 month Rental option.
