Clearing the ground as necessary in the vicinity of the proposed development as necessary. Careful consideration is to be given to the existing survey sheets. Protection of the existing services/features to be retained. Removal of existing services as shown and where appropriate. Supply/install adequate drainage to ensure surface water is collected to the existing drainage system Construction of the base all weather pitch and other specific areas. Installation of pathways as shown.
The documents for both lots are the same. However for pricing purposes LOT 1 is more focused on preparation and ground works.
