RFT for the provision of a Cloud based email Phishing Simulation Tool

The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation wishes to carry out a series of simulated email phishing exercises, to raise employee awareness of phishing, to assess employee’s cybersecurity awareness and identify areas for additional cybersecurity awareness training. The exercises should provide meaningful statistics and detailed reporting to allow us evaluate cybersecurity awareness across the organisation. To achieve this the Department wants to be able to create simulated phishing emails using a cloud based tool with a series of comprehensive templates and the ability to produce detailed activity reports.
