FCC/326/18 - Maintenance, Installation and Related Works to Domestic Type Waste Water Treatment Plants, Septic Tanks and Pumping Stations

Fingal County Council are tendering a single operator framework for the maintenance, and other related works, of domestic and group housing waste water treatment systems, including pumping stations, at various locations throughout the Fingal County Council Administrative Area. The successful tenderer will be required to carry out maintenance, repair and construction works including emergency works and emergency call outs. The contract will cover existing waste water treatment systems, including septic tanks, and pumping stations, with provision for future additional installations. It will involve annual maintenance, repair/replacement of equipment and installations, emergency repair/replacement, related construction, on sites identified in the works requirements, with provision for future additional sites. The works may include percolation areas, new or replacement waste water treatment works or installations up to a value of €50,000.00 excl. VAT.
