Re:      Refurbishment And Extension To An Existing Dwelling House at 169 St Marys Park, Carlow.

 

 

 

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.

 

 

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.  Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.

 

 

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

 

 

Sealed tenders endorsed Tender for “Refurbishment And Extension To An Existing Dwelling House at 169 St Marys Park, Carlow” must be returned to. Paul Curran, Administrative Officer, Carlow County Council, Athy Road, Carlow.  Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00pm on Wednesday 2^nd October 2019.
