Hello All,

 

RE: Tender for Wheelchair Accessible Platform Lift for Ballinamore Community Hall

      - Which is currently ubdergoinf refurbishment, extensions and conversion works to Island Theatre.

 

Specification for Wheelchair Accessible Platform Lift:

 

  • The purpose of the lift is to provide wheelchair & pedestrian access within the existing two-storey Community Hall.
  • Rise between Ground Floor & First Floor is 3 metres.
  • First Floor Constrction comprises screed on concrete slabs
  • The design, manufacturing and installation of the platform lift to comply with Building Regulations in terms of size, door widths, level access & internal finishes.
  • The lift to be fitted with alarm & emergency lighting.
  • Access to the lift to be controlled with key mechanism.
  • The lift is being located within the existing building and the floor recess to be kept at a minimal - max 100mm-150mm.
