NUI AV Equipment - Supply and installation of AV Equipment

The purpose of this document is to define core requirements for Audio-Visual AV enabled rooms, systems and associated infrastructure in the National University of Ireland (NUI). NUI is located at no. 49 Merrion Square, Dublin 2. At present, the existing meeting rooms are dated without any conferencing capabilities. The contract shall include for the provision of AV equipment and the services associated with installation and subsequent operation.
