RFT 08/19 - Mezzanine Floor at Existing LYIT CoLab Building

The construction of a new mezzanine floor within an existing room in the CoLab business incubation and research building on the LYIT Campus at Port Rd., Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The Works involve installation of a steel floor structure with timber joists and a plywood deck. The Works include the fit out of the existing 200m2 lower ground floor and the new mezzanine floor as well as an access area at ground floor. Total floor area 379m2 including access area. The fit out includes the creation of office spaces, circulation areas and meeting rooms with partitions, doors and screens, floor, wall and ceiling, finishes, and mechanical and electrical services. A new platform lift and stairs will connect the new floor level to the existing building levels.
