Call for Competition – 7309 Qualification System to establish a panel of Qualtity Surveyors
This is a call to competition by IE on behalf of CIE as a qualification system to establish a panel of quantity surveyors
The CIE Group has ongoing requirements for Chartered Quantity Surveyors throughout Ireland to carry out property reinstatement cost valuations for insurance purposes on buildings from the CIE nationwide property portfolio. Valuations will typically be carried out on an annual basis on a number of locations nationwide such as train stations, bus stations, garages. Locations will be advised periodically and will likely be grouped based on geographic location. All surveyors who qualify must attend an Iarnród Éireann track safety course.
