TCD-19-34 Data Centre Monitoring - Data Centre 24/7 Monitoring, Maintenance and Support Services for Trinity College Dublin
Trinity requires a 24/7 monitoring, maintenance and support contract for its main data centre – known as the GDC – the Green Data Centre in the city centre campus. Four annual site visits to conduct detailed health checks on each component of the contract must be provided as well as the ability to offer consultation on changes or upgrades to any of the supported infrastructure along with advice on any potential new projects related to data centre management and development.
