HCD 01 19 Donegal Town Library - New Community Library – Donegal Town

Donegal County Council proposes to develop a new multi-use building in Donegal Town comprising of a Community Library, within an overall development of a minimum of 1100 sqm. The town-centre building will be prominent and iconic, highly visible and attractive, accessible to all with the highest standards of design and energy efficiency. The Council is seeking submissions from Developers in ownership of lands zoned ‘Town Centre Development’ as set out in the Seven Strategic Towns Local Area Plan 2018-2024 for Donegal Town. In order to make a valid submission, Developers will be required to engage with an Architect Led Design Team and a Construction Contractor with the necessary skills and experience to deliver this iconic project.
