10425 - Remedial works to IDA Finnabair Business Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth

The proposed works consist of the refurbishment and upgrade works to the IDA Finnabair Business Park. The works will be carried out within 4 separate areas inside the Business Park. The works will include the following: • Planing of the existing road surface build-up and installation of road finish. • Rectification of sunken areas where previous trenching has been carried out. • Removal and reinstallation of damaged footpaths. • Reinstalling / replacement of dislodged / damaged / missing kerbing. • Installation of line marking. • Replacement of existing non-compliant speed ramps. • Installation of new speed ramps and uncontrolled pedestrian crossing. • Installation of new Paladin fencing around the existing attenuation pond. • Installation of new pedestrian footpath and associated lighting. • The installation of new lighting and associated trenching, duct installation and reinstatement works. • Remedial works to the existing surface water and foul sewer networks including removal and suitable disposal of grease from the network and
