WCCC19/244 - WCCC19/244 Helvick Pier Refurbishment

The works shall consist of the scope of works shown on the drawings and specifications including as a summary:  Provide, maintain and dismantle safe access to the works;  Provide, maintain and dismantle traffic management for the duration of the works;  Disposal offsite of waste materials generated on site;  Set-up of suitable works plant and equipment;  Stockpiling of material;  Protection of existing services;  Cleaning of the pier faces;  Excavations;  Breaking out loose concrete;  In-situ concrete repairs;  In-situ concrete encasement;  New ladders;  PSCS role for the duration of the works.
