Batch 6 - 2019 - Various Repair Works to Vacant Properties in the Stranorlar M.D.

Contractors are advised to visit each property and examine the dwellings and their associated works.

Each vacant property has a list of works that are required to be priced, Contractors are reminded to pay particular attention to the instructions on these individual pricing documents.

The works to the vacant properties involve the following:

The Replacing/repairing of windows and doors, the checking and repairing of internal doors, examination, replacing and repair of electrical systems, examination, replacing and repair of central heating systems, checking/repairing of roofs, the completion of other various internal and external works.

The key/s is/are available by collection only, from the Housing Section Office, 3 Rivers Centre, Lifford, Co. Donegal from 10.00am on Friday 28th June 2019.

Tenders including master key, must be submitted to the County Secretariat, First Floor, County House, Lifford, Co. Donegal.  The latest date for receipt of completed tender is 12.00 noon on Friday 19th July 2019

Please note:

Some of the dwellings may be boarded up and no power is available in a number of the properties, the tenderer will be given a key to each of the properties and will have to supply their own entry and lighting to properties.

All keys to be returned along with the required tender documents
