DPS 1901 - Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Housing Projects Nationwide

Dear Applicant,

Clúid Housing proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of ARchitect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Housing Projects nationwide. In order to qualify for consideration Applicants must meet the minimum qualification criteria laid down by the Contracting Authority. Entry to the DPS is continually open for new applications, however an initial closing date will apply for the first round of applications (Friday 23rd August 2019 at 15:00 Local Time).

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

The Applicant is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format, protocol for raising questions, response times, format of response and whether via hard copy or via etenders website only.

Please note that Clúid Housing will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  Clúid Housing reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.
