The works shall consist of the scope of works shown on the drawings and specifications including as a summary:  Provide, maintain and dismantle safe access to the works;  Provide, maintain and dismantle traffic management for the duration of the works;  Disposal offsite of waste materials generated on site;  Set-up of suitable works plant and equipment;  Stockpiling of material;  Protection of existing services;  Excavation works;  Foundation construction;  Concrete construction works;  Barrier/floodgate installation;  Pipe installation;  Pipe valve installation;  Maintenance and floodgate utilisation training;  PSCS role for the duration of the works.
