The purpose of this RFT is to solicit proposals from appropriate vendors for the supply, implementation and on-going support of systems to assist the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions for the Contracting Authority. 1.1.1 In relation to the provision of these services, the Contracting Authority is seeking a successful Tenderer for the supply of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software to meet its expectations and fulfil its needs with respect to its Finance and Distribution functions (including Purchasing, Sales and Inventory Management) and Human Resources. The Contracting Authority wishes to procure best of breed systems that will support these key business functions now and as the business grows in the future. The Contracting Authority views the procurement of such systems as the starting point of a partnership with the chosen vendor so that they may work together during the implementation and for the foreseeable future to ensure the most efficient use of available technology in support of its growing business.
