SCC2019/014 - Provision of Urban Design and Masterplanning Services for CBMP

To undertake a review of the 1999 Centre Block Masterplan and prepare the Centre Block Masterplan 2019. The Masterplan is intended to provide the necessary guidance for the development of this urban block to ensure that its development occurs in an orderly, co-ordinated, planned and phased manner. The consultants will be required to examine in detail the various urban design options for the redevelopment of this city block to accommodate significant commercial development that would complement existing businesses in the centre of Sligo.
