This project entails the re-routing and replacement of some internal gas services pipework and some minor ancillary works. The scope of the works will be as follows: • Supply and installation of new gas services pipework in the Chemical Store and Electrical Room as indicated on the drawings. • Supply and installation of a new gas detection system and slam shut valve on the incoming gas supply into the Chemical Store room. • Decommissioning, stripping out and removal from site of the existing gas services pipework in the Chemical Store and Electrical Room as indicated on the drawing. • Supply and installation of a new fire door for the Chemical Store Room. • All electrical works associated with the project. • All builders’ works associated with the project. • All decommissioning works associated with the project. • All associated building finishes works as indicated on the tender documents. • Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications. Once an email has been received by the Employers Representative from the Tenderer requesting the tender documents, the tender documents will then be forwarded to the Tenderer within 24 hours of that email.
