Contract Awarded - Ned O’Shea and Sons Construction Ltd - Construction of 22 No. housing units including 10 No. two storey three bedroom houses, 6 No. two storey two bedroom houses and 6 No. one bedroom apartments and all associated siteworks including site clearance, site enclosures, drainage, site services, hard and soft landscaping at Farranwilliam, Ardfert, Co. Kerry for Kerry County Council. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic post-box available through this e-tenders contract notice.
