RE: Construction of an 81m2 single en-suite one classroom extension to Scoil Náisiúnta Naomh Eoin, Rath, Birr, Co. Offaly.
Dear Sirs,
On behalf of our client, the Board of Management of Scoil Náisiúnta Naomh Eoin, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender quotation for the construction of a single storey classroom extension to the existing school building at Scoil Náisiúnta Naomh Eoin, Rath, Birr, Co. Offaly.
The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Government Short Public Works Contract.
The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and appropriate insurance cover as indicated in preliminaries section of the Works Schedule Document prior to signing of a contract.
Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B - Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed suitability assessment declaration in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

Block 6, Central Business Park, Clonminch, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
by 5pm on 14th June 2019.
Contractors are requested to contact the school prior to any visit to the school to arrange a suitable time to view the area for the extension. Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated suitability assessment declaration to be deemed a valid tender.
It is intended that the successful tenderer will complete the works to get the classroom ready for occupation in September 2019.
All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will not be issued in hard copy.
